Choosing a therapist can be challenging in a lot of ways.

For starters, you’re probably looking for a therapist because things are a bit tricky right now. You might be feeling stressed or anxious already and it can take time to find someone you can talk to.

Then, when you finally do meet with someone, it can be hard to trust the therapist in the very first session. 

On top of that, when you finally DO find the person you’re comfortable talking to, your insurance might not cover your sessions, or maybe you don’t have insurance at all.

I get all of this. That’s why I want to help you find what’s right for you. 

You might decide therapy is not right for you now – and that’s ok. You might also think that I’m not the best therapist for your situation and that’s fine too – I can give you a referral to some other professionals that might be a better fit.
